How to get rid of Carpet Bugs

Carpet Bugs Removal in Karachi

I think these are carpet-bugs, right? I was thinking that they were getting in from the window that I keep finding them next to, but I'm also finding a few on the ceiling which is near a vent. Now I'm thinking that they are coming from the vent, since the area where I find most of them is directly underneath that vent. Can anybody confirm if these bugs like to live in vents? And what can I do to get rid of these? (I've also just recently had all my carpet steam-cleaned if that matters)

By the way, I just bought this condo and luckily I haven't moved anything in yet. I want to move in soon, but I don't want to if these bugs are going to make a new meal out of all my stuff.

UPDATE: I'm 95% sure that these bugs are coming out from the ceiling. I noticed a few coming out from the sprinkler cover there's a gap and from the ceiling fan. Take a look at the pictures (http://www.hafiservices.com). Many are resting comfortably in the light bowl of the ceiling fan. It makes sense that they are coming from the ceiling because I tend to find these bugs underneath the sprinkler and fan, then they seem to make their way toward the window. Anybody have any theories why they're coming from the ceiling? Also, temperatures have been extremely hot since I've noticed these bugs in abundance. Is the heat causing them to come out? What can I do to get rid of them from the ceiling? I have two other bedrooms on the same floor, but these bugs are only coming out of the ceiling of this one room.
I used to be a professional exterminator. Those are carpet beetles. The larva feed off of pretty much any organic matter and are most likely in the carpet around the area you are seeing them, they are almost certainly not coming out of the vent or in through the window. They do not bite or feed on humans although the larva have very tiny hairs that can cause irritation that is often confused with bites.

A rigorous vacuuming regimen is typically all that is needed to rid yourself of these guys, make sure you empty the vacuum outside immediately after each session.
